A nonprofit organization that provides services and programs for youth and families. Abayomi is also a HUD and MSHDA certified housing counseling agency.  Its mission is to strengthen and secure families and the local community through comprehensive community building.

Recovery on 8 Mile

Substance abuse recovery through group counseling. Narcotics Anonymous and Alcohol Anonymous meetings are held every Friday evenings at 9:00 p.m.

High Achievers Montessori School: 

High Achievers provides early childhood learning to student’s ages 2 ½ years through kindergarten.  Its mission is to provide a secure, nurturing environment in which pre-school and kindergarten children are able to establish the solid educational and social foundation they need to assure success in future academic endeavors; and to become productive members of society as life long learners.
